How to download Aadhaar card? 

Step 1: First, You have to enter the enrollment number of your Aadhaar card / if you have Aadhaar number then you can also enter it.

Step 2: Now you have to enter your name which should be the same as printed on the receipt of Aadhaar card.

Step 3: Type the area PIN\ZIP code of the area you have given in the Aadhaar card

Step 4: After this, type your registered mobile number

Step 5: Now, you have to verify the OTP(One Time Password) through your registered mobile number.

How to find Enrollment ID and Aadhaar No?

Step 1: First go to the page where you will download Aadhaar number. Click here

Step 2: After that please enter your full name and registered mobile number or E-mail.This 2nd step is also one of the important steps to download aadhar card.

Step 3: Then enter the Security Code (Captcha) and click on the Send OTP button

How to apply Online Correction/Update of Aadhaar card

If your Aadhaar card is a name, address, date of birth, mobile number, email id, then you can read this article and make Aadhaar Card Correction Successfully.

There are following things is necessary to update the Aadhaar card.

Registered mobile number: The mobile number provided by you when generated the Aadhaar card is important. because the code of Aadhaar verification will be sent to the registered mobile number.

Valid document scan copy: You must have a scanned copy of the document confirming whether the details are correct or not.

Step 1: First of all you have to open the website of UIDAI update portal in the browser.

Step 2: In the open window, you have to enter the Aadhaar number, you also need to enter captcha code and click on Send OTP.

Step 3: Now you have to enter the 6 digit OTP which you will get on the registered mobile number.   OTP is required to enter you in a newly opened window and click Login.

Step 4: The next step will be asked to you which updates do you want to update. Tick in front of any details you want to update and click on submit.

Step 5: Now you have to enter your correct details. As the correct Date of birth has been entered in the image below, just enter your correct details and click Submit Update Request.

Step 6: On the next screen you will be asked to check the updated details again. Check this detail again and click on “I confirm” and click on Continue. Click on modify to re-enter the information.

Step 7: Now you will be asked to update the valid document on the new screen. Browse and copy the scan copy of the document saved on your computer . After uploading the document click confirm

Step 8: All your steps are now complete. On the next screen, you will find the Aadhaar Card Update Request Number (URN). Write it down on anything for future reference.

How to Locate the Enrollment Center of Aadhaar Card?

There is three option to search for the Aadhaar card center. If you have to know the Aadhaar centers in the post office or in the bank then you have to go UADAI Centers Search Page where you will get three option to search the Aadhaar centers. Here you can search the Aadhaar center according to state, zip code, and search box.

How to search by using these three options?

State:

If you want to search by state, then select your state, district, sub district (sub-district) and village or city. After that fill the verification code in the box provided. After this, the list of Centers will be opened in front of you.

PIN Code:

In this kind of search, you only need to enter Area Pin Code and Verification Code. After this, the list of close centers will be opened.

Search box:

Through the search box, you can search the center by entering the name and verification code of the place.

How to check the status of  Aadhaar Card?

You can check Aadhaar status if Aadhaar Card is generated by UIDAI.

  1. Go to the portal of Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, India 
  2. Now, you have to click on Forgot Password
  3. Here you have to Enter your  UAN number and Captcha. Click on Submit. Enter UAN :Enter Captcha :
  4. Now you have to verify OTP(One Time Password)  through the registered mobile number. you will get the OTP((One Time Password)) on the registered mobile number with the UAN. Let see an example of SMS: Dear Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar. Your OTP corresponding to OTP id 0000 is ****. Enter this pin to set a new password for your account.
  5. You have to use the pin, not OTP id.
  6. Now, Enter your OTP which is sent on your registered mobile number and please get authorization through OTP.
  7. Enter your new password from your choice (Make sure you will not forget). The password contains  7 to 20  characters which contain at least 4-Alphabets (Minimum 1-character should be Capital and one should be small letter out of four alphabets), 2-Digits, and 1-Special character.
  8. Please confirm the new password which is entered by you.
  9. Now you have to click on submit.
  10. You will get a page displaying password successfully changed
  11. Let’s enjoy with your new password. Now, You can Login with your UAN and new password.
